Anyone with healthy teeth and gums who wants a brighter smile. Whitening works best on natural enamel staining from food, drinks, and ageing. It is not effective on crowns, veneers, or bonding, and may not work on teeth stained by antibiotics or fluorosis — Dr. Karolidis will advise you honestly.
Care & Maintenance
Avoid strongly pigmented foods and drinks (coffee, red wine, berries) for 48 hours after treatment — this is the "white diet" period when enamel pores are most open. Use a whitening toothpaste to maintain results. Touch-up treatments can be done every 12–18 months as needed.
